I have tried everywhere in the midlands chips and cheese, and so far this was my favorite. the chips were perfectly baked with a crispy outer, which includes a pleasantly textured fresh chip. it was with the perfect amount of cheese that was tasteful but not exaggerated and melted to the optimal level. the server were also irritable and served us very efficiently. I would highly recommend this chippie

I moved from gedling to carlton and used my old chip shop until I gave him a try. the owner here worked in my old chip shop in gedling and its eating and serving are brilliant! I have never seen a fish as big as I recommend 100%

Great place, really tasty fish, lovely home made chips and mashy peas. Picture shows mini fish and chips with mash. £3.5 bargain. Highly recommended.

so good! also offered us a table and chairs to sit outside, although they were stored in winter. friendly and delicious.

good quality and decent portion cod and chips. on Friday night of my visit I was quite busy.
