I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and unfortunately, I have encountered issues each time. If you are only looking for cake and a drink, then I would recommend it. However, the options for vegan or vegetarian meals are lacking. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast but it was served with eggs and butter, and then later it was revealed that the sausages were not vegan. By the time the vegan sausages arrived, the rest of my food was cold. The service was not very pleasant and the experience was disappointing. There are a few vegan and vegetarian options available at this restaurant. The setting is lovely, surrounded by beautiful landscape near the Forest of Bowland. The food was satisfactory, although the falafel could use more flavor.

I have tried to find many places that have a vegan diet in the opposite, but this place had several vegan options. I had the fried sweet sandwich that was very tasty. the location was beautiful and dogs are allowed.

Lovely cosy place to warm up in after a trip up Nicky Nook. Limited vegan options but excellent quality. Has plant milk and spread and now a good range of vegan cakes.
