I understand that covid made it so that many places are short occupied, let me say that first. Unfortunately, this location of my opinion did not have a manager who knew how to make it. the young lady who worked the To-go area was asked to take our order and act as our waitress while still having to answer and assemble the To-go orders. it took an hour for our table to get our food. we saw others coming and sitting and then getting their meal in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. the to-go waitress did her best in view of the lack of management support on a Sunday afternoon afternoon. she asked the manager to come to our table. he had no idea what was going on and just said they would cal...

terrible experience, don't go. I sat at the bar and was completely ignored until I asked for a menu. my beer tasted funky, so clear that they don't clean their taps. the whole bar area was chaotic. the name of the barkeeper was vanessa and she was extremely unprofessional. she took the glasses from the inside. disgusting. this service was literally the most ratchet I have ever experienced in my life. somehow creepy, but save her money and don't go to this applebees.

Service was understandably slow being a holiday and short staffed. The appetizer was delivered AFTER our entrées. My steak, ordered medium, was almost raw. Sent it back, and the replacement was well done. Took forever to get drink refills.

dear applebees, but this one is sucking. I gave it several chances and were disappointed each time. the restaurant is dirty and takes too long to bring food. if you order food is forgotten or cooked under/over.

this visit was great. shout to cook was eating absolutely amazing. everything tasted delicious and was made for the first time. our waiter was great and the atmosphere gave me life. please stop it!
