Applebee's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

mozzarella sticks, bourbon huhn and garnel and chicken tweezers ordered at the bar. the bartender seemed new and badly trained. the food took 4 ewwwveeerrrrr. whatever. the biggest complaining was that I found what seemed like a bowl or the vene in my food and after I pointed out that the bartender recorded it with her bare hands! number 1, rough and number 2 she said it was just a piece of ****. really bad service. when a customer says there is something with their food, they don't touch it or say they're wrong.

We came here around 8pm during the week. The food amazingly was pretty good and the kids meals were a great deal! Server was nice. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. Disgusting really. Fingerprints on the photos on the wall. We sat in the corner booth and there is crayon all over the walls and crumbs in the seats. Used and broken crayons along the wall. The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned. Probably ever. Used toilet paper on the ground. I won’t be visiting any Appleebee locations after this.

Our waitress and the hostesses that sat us were very friendly and quick. My wife and my entree came out before the appetizer and our kids' food, which is annoying. Some of our food was hot; some were cold. Our waitress stated she was going to discount our meal without us asking for it, which I thought was nice, but that didn't happen, which I didn't say anything about.

Didnt actually get to eat there. It was an hour and a half wait due to short staffing and one of the cooks had just quit. Not their fault, but a terrible problem to have to deal with.
