Applebee's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Normally we have a good experience at this location. However, our last visit was not. Yes it was a busy Saturday night, but our server ignored us and his section most of the evening because he had rude customers who sat behind us. There were issues in the kitchen too. Our food took way to long to receive. We did not receive silverware when seated, and our appetizer was cold by the time we got our utensils. My double cheese burger patties were tiny. They were about the same size as a regular hamburger patty from a fast food restaurant value menue. By the time our server checked on us for our first drink refills, we had eaten and were ready to leave. I can understand when it's a busy night and...

Our waitress really dropped the ball. Seems like she forgot about us...our appetizer came out the same time our daughter's food came and almost before our food came...she apologized about it coming so late...but to back up a little, we didn't have any silverware once seated...so even when the appetizer made it to us, we weren't able to eat it. Had to wait for her to come back to the table to inform her and even then it took some time before someone else came to the table and provided us with silverware...once we received our food, I still couldn't eat everything, since I was only provided with a fork with no knife...waitress never came back...I waited and waited until eventually had to get u...

Actually everything was going well until I over heard our waitress talking to another customer about the meal we ordered. We ordered the all you can eat for 14.99. She went on to say this is why Americans are so fat. Then made the ugliest face ever and shortly after brought our food to the table. I don't know if she was specifically speaking of us because another table was ordering a nice amount of food but either way it was rude and made the remainder of our visit unpleasant.....

Curb Side To Go..past 3 visits food was cold. Not sure what's going on with their fries. They used to be crisp and tasty. Wait staff and service to curb very friendly. That's why I go back and tip well. These young people are trying to make a living.

Went to dinner with family. Everything was delicious and the service was good. The wait for a table wasn’t too bad considering it was Memorial Day.
