Applebee's Grill Bar

Ok so I was there today, 6 23 22, for lunch with my mom and 11 year old son. There was 1 woman and 1 male in the restaurant running it. The woman I wish I caught her name was amazing. She was by herself being a hostess, bartender, waitress, and buser. She never once complained took all diners orders did it from memory, checked on all the diners and when we left we told her not to work too hard, because she was moving! Her response was one of true professionalism as she stated, I don't mind ill just sleep good tonight! I sure hope she gets a raise! Hopefully the tip we left helped make her day a little bit better.

I tried to order online but was very frustrated when this Peeaukee location continued to show up in the eligible list but the Start Order button repeated failed. When I called they indicated that they turned off the online ordering.Anyway, I placed a curb side to go order. Had to call to tell them I was there after about 4 minutes of waiting the sign does say to only wait 1 min before calling .Very friendly service. The Grillled Chicken Oriental Salad was great. The Half Rack Ribs was not the best. The ribs smelled amazing but they were very tough, not fall off the bone like they used to be.

So I have too say I have never seen two people run an Applebee's before tonight. OMG both were all over the place taking care of everyone like there was a staff of ten and the service was as fast as h . My glass was never empty and I can't really express how fast the service was. And then when the food came out it was the best I have ever had at any Applebee's and I have had nine different states and way to many different locations and I will book mark this as the best I have ever had. Thank you for your service

Unfortunately they are just going downhill. No parties over 6 people so we went to another restaurant. My sister and I came back the following week could not be seated until we were both there place was nearly empty , extra ranch dressing for my salad costs .50, not very friendly. You would think they were doing us a favor by serving us. This will definitely be the last time I go. I understand being short staffed, but you don't have to be so grumpy and unhelpful! After we left buffalo wild wings, as noted in my other rector, we went to this applebee’s. immediately sat and drink orders of j.j. and another waiter led the dining room bar alone. the food was fast out and j was attentive as he could be while he was at the at least 5 other tables. the longest wait was for the bill and even that was shorter than most fully occupied din in experiences lately. as you go j and your waiter tonight. we appreciate it!

I haven't seen an Applebee's like this in years, very clean and great staff that work well together even in this mist of them being understaffed they didn't break at all, I had one drink at the bar and got my food to go, I ordered the spinach alfredo chicken bowl which was very good and rich. I didn't take no pictures.

Got chicken up the nose from laughing then had a hard time eating my meal. Was provided with many napkins thankfully. Love the classic regular guys who come every Monday. Staff was nice. Good job Bridgett McHarlot. Good stuff crapplebees, keep it up. Classic 3.5 star restaurant you get what u expect nothing less.

in the middle of the post Covid atmosphere there is a male server that is an amazingly fast, accurate, friendly and reason for actually coming to this applebee. the same server consistent over a few different visits. he is clearly the real deal. thank you for being over and above. we were just there and got 2 steak dinners. the one was well done and the other was moderately heavy. my melts funny and I had 2 bites and stopped it. my man had 2 bites and now he has skin problems. I don't think we're back.
