Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

The restaurant itself was not busy which was strange for a Saturday evening. The host was very pleasant and constantly staying busy and attentive to customers. Our server on the other hand was by far the least attentive server I have had in a long time. It took over 30 minutes to receive our FIRST round of beers, it took another 30-45 minutes to have our order taken, and even longer for the second round of drinks and to get our food. Once the food came it clearly had been sitting as the plates were very hot but the fries and entrees were cold. Went at 9pm on a weekday. They were extremely busy, barely anyone waiting tables. Took an hour to get a drink with no straws and appetizers with no napkins or silverware. Stopped someone to ask for silverware, got a nasty look and she brought them, about a half hour later. Never got all our food, but was charged. Children were running wild, one jumping over the dividers between booths. One almost jumped on me. No one tried to stop him. Was the most disappointing Applebees I’ve ever been to. Highly disappointed. Will not return.

Waiting for 40 minutes for order. Manger states lot of door dash . Has nothing to do with me placesing order with him 12:35 and now ts 1:10 no food still

Service definitely sucked, my food was salty and tasted weird and my husband's was burnt. Never again, I'll take the drive to one farther next time.

My regular steak house closed, so I went to Applebee's great steak and fun people.
