Arby's - Reservar uma mesa

order the second time from here on the grubhub. the first time was a catastrophe. decided to give a second chance, but this time was not better. all foods came cold. gyro was over soggy (foto). the French dip sandwich had almost like a lump meat, instead of cutting brot, was crushed (foto), au jus dip sauce forgotten. it just seemed that everything was in order. so disappointing.

Went thru drive view. Hubby got what he ordered but my order was supposed to be a double beef and cheddar but got a classic. Receipt showed a classic even though I specifically made it clear what was wanted. Drive through operator over talked us and it was a battle to give information.

Arbys food is good but I swear ordering there is a pain with the most rudest and just plain mean workers there like fr do you honestly have too be that rude??? Is your life that miserable you have too take it out on customers???

Food is always good. Workers always have an attitude and you can never be sure if they’re gonna close when they’re supposed to or earlier. Pulled up with all workers still inside at 11:30 and no one would take order.
