Arby's - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered food through the drive thru, I had a coupon for 4 regular roast beefs for $10.99. After I placed my order, they had me pull to other side of the building to wait. A lady came out with our food and I checked the bags before I left and only had 3 roasts beefs. I went inside and immediately was greeted by the manager as if something went wrong with my order. She said uh oh, I said I only have 3 roast beefs and I ordered 4. She said oh, looks like the other ones right here and let me get another one for you. I was absolutely shell shocked unlike other fast food joints have you show receipts or even check bags. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated great customer service!

This place is a joke. Ordered Reubens and hot cakes. The hot cakes were literally FROZEN. And the meat uncooked and tough to chew. Spoke with manager Logan who offered a full refund. Went in today to get said refund and the manager on duty refused, WAVED HER HAND IN MY FACE SAYING “GO GO”, and refused to give me her name or the promised refund. So unprofessional and uncalled for. Disgusting food and employee attitudes too.

Jayhlin the cashier and Sandra the manager were extremely pleasant to dine with. They offered me warm greetings upon arrival, great customer service while ordering, and even asked how my meal was after I was finished eating. I told them it was great and that I will be choosing to dine with them again whenever I’m in the area on lunch break.

Ok. I expected better food! Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich was definitely a disappointing purchase. Chicken dry, and definitely was not Swiss! Looked nothing like the advertisement pic. Too bad bc Arby's is usually on point!
