Arby's - Reservar uma mesa

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and after someone grabbing my card and rolling their eyes at me, I got my card shoved back into my hand with no receipt and told to pull forward. So I did and then about 3 minutes later a girl screamed out the door for me to pull into a spot, which was never instructed, they could have at least walked to my car and politely directed where I needed to go. There was only one other car in the drive through, I would understand if they were busy but that wasn’t the case. 10 minutes later I received my food and the fries tasted rotten and nothing was even hot and fresh so the wait made no sense. It was ok. My server behind the counter was great. Then the shift manager interupped him to make change for $100 bill in his drawer for the drive though. After that things got intetesting with other customers watching. I've been in food service for 25+ years, 20 as a manager and I never encourage that behavior. The shift meager should have waited until my transaction was 100% complete and cash drawer was closed. Then break a large bill. Food was ok.

Love Arbys! Drive through wasn't real busy! There was a sign on the drive thru menu board that they would be closing this evening due to shortage on staffing. That's so sad. Kids now a day just don't want to work. All the shootings mayhem going on at this time, those people should put all their effort into getting jobs instead of causing chaos.

An alright place, but the limited hours and lack of any b-fast at all really works me--even simple potato cakes! Also, typically wait times in the drive through are pretty lengthy for any fast food. Hopefully, it gets better again, which is why I put 3 stars instead of 2.

Sat in drive in behind a very frustrated guy for about 10 minutes , then drove off , I think he followed. Guys I know it's been rough recently.but a 10+ min wait in the drive through isn't acceptable . : I just wanted my Ruban .
