Arby's - Reservar mesa

The manager at this restaurant was extremely unprofessional and loud. They refused to address an issue I had when my child was with me and even threatened me as I was leaving. It is clear that this person needs proper training in customer service. They did not handle the situation well at all. You cannot be a leader if you do not know how to lead. The way I was treated during a meal that I paid for was unacceptable. There was no value in the customer service provided. As someone who teaches education and development, I expect top-notch customer service. I believe that leaders should set an example, especially in today's climate.

This should not come as a surprise, but the wait was absolutely insane. Is it a rule in this town to only have one person working per establishment? I waited for 25 minutes and couldn't even grab a quick bite to eat. The person working there didn't even bother to check with the person in front of me to see if I had arrived, so I was left sitting there for almost half an hour. This whole situation is unbelievable. I tried going to McDonald's, Lick, and even here, but I couldn't even get a meal. And it wasn't even during peak hours! This is really frustrating.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. I had to wait 17 minutes to place my order and then another 14 minutes before reaching the window. When I arrived at the window, the employee was just standing there looking around while another employee was on their phone. I'm not sure if this Arby's location needs new management or staff, but the wait times are unacceptable.

can't even fill a 2 person drive thru order correctly!!!!.Ordered a 1 chicken sandwich meal and 1 roast beef sandwich meal. Got home, and found 1 chicken sandwich meal and NO roast beef!!. employees all had attitudes. My Last meal at this Arbys. Reserve uma mesa agora

Had to try the new diablo chicken sandwich. It comes with a small milkshake. I love love love hot stuff and this sandwich didn't disappoint. Made it about 3/4 through then needed that shake. Not for the faint of heart when heat is concerned

The worst Arbys you can go to. They forget something everytime. They forgot my entire order i was just sitting in my car at the window like the woman asked waited 15 minutes for sliders fries. Inconsiderate unorganized

gm says no modifications to fish sandwiches, including removing tar tar sauce. This policy is intended to prevent customers from adding their own condiments. Quite surprising.
