Arby's - Reservar uma mesa

Was it from General Manager, Katie(Katy? Her charisma made her very warm and welcoming, and she was very focused on ensuring that everything I needed was taken care of. It was busy when I went through, but she and the team she had inside ran through cars with speed and accuracy. The Arby's that I am often underoccupied on East Independence Blvd (Maybe 1 or 2 persons in the building at most during the rush and it can be made for food up to 15 minutes. I only take this as a loan that Katie motivates her crew and keeps her energetic, even if it's hard. I know not all customers are easy to treat.

I waited for more than 15 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me to order, pay and get their food. there were only 2 cars. When I came into the window to order, she told me to wait. she never came back to take my order after she had waited a few minutes, although there was only 1 car waiting to pay and get her food. I gave up today at 9:25 after waiting for almost 20 minutes. 3 cars. I just wanted to get rid of a shake.

eating was good, but every time I stop at this arby’s, it takes so long to order and get food when I get through the drive-thru. I was the only person in the line and it still took too long to have a drive-thru.

I and my husband tried the two for $6 chicken ranch sandwich and it was good. Just wish that the cheese was melted, but overall it was delicious. And we were hanging.

I love this place that is said that it expects 10-20m to drive to the air. really slow, but super nice people and eating is always great, so 5 stars.
