I was surprised by the slow service. I also asked for specific additions to my sandwich at the order intake AND at the window and they failed to complete the request. They also didn?t give me lettuce and failed to mention it. There were also 4-5 cars before me that had to pull up and wait for their food. I also waited longer than you normally do at a FAST food joint. Disappointed in the service I received today.

You don't seem to have as much personnel as usual, so the waiting times are longer and there is definitely more priority on the thru drive instead of counters. I wonder why they suddenly cut back to people? Do you also want to express concern about the fact that the shake mixer is not wiped much between the orders? I hope cleanliness has not worsened like waiting times.

Besides the massive long waiting for the food, it was pretty good. They had parked 6 cars in front of us as well as on the Lot site waiting for orders and no cars behind us in line, but it took over 10 minutes to get our food... I can't imagine everything taking so long to cook at a fast meal.

I absolutely love that they do not charge extra for adding Keksteig and other add-ins to the shakes! The staff were nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. You also have a fun playground.

Asked Arctic Circle when they returned Halabit Sandwich. You said yes. I ended up with this most disgusting fish stick sandwich that ever had...????????
