Armstrongs - Reservar uma mesa

Thought they would have a big gluten free menu considering the posts here and the info on their website. Almost nothing at breakfast is gluten free. I’m not sure what they’re on about on their website saying they have the best gluten free menu in Essex. Haven’t had my food yet, but shocked at the menu and things that are almost certainly gluten free but not marked (an omelette shouldn’t have gluten in it…?

We went for lunch and they were very knowledgeable and did fantastic fish and chips that were gluten free and no reactions after.
