Artisan Ramen Kono

Quaint local ramen eatery. Uses thin ramen noodles. Honestly very hard to find vegan ramen in this area so super glad this place offers a vegan option. It's a small Asian restaurant hidden in the back of the plaza which makes it easy to miss. I think if I was to be in the area again and craving some type of ramen, I would come again just to support the local business. ..... SPICY VEGAN RAMEN: 3/5 really appreciated how there are so many vegetables and protein toppings, the broth was just spice with not too much additional flavor complexity..

I have tried ramen in Japan and other places around the world, and this is truly one of the best tonkatsu ramen I have had! The small, intimate setting with only a few seats available adds to the charm of this restaurant.

I ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen. In my opinion, it was not entirely authentic Japanese ramen, but it was still pretty good. I finished the whole bowl.
