very good restaurant where we have lunch today, very pleasant setting, very good reception. the dishes, the menu at 34 euros, were delicious, nice plates. very good bread from the nearby bakery. We tasted: velvet cucurbitaceae, gizzards and kale cabbage pesto then wild shrimp on the cream of cod brandade, crustacean emulsion, then sweet chocolate and sarrazin foam. My companion ate, lentil vinaigrette, egg mimosa, dried fruits and chestnut tile, then almost veal, juice in seiche ink and livèche, then dessert a Russian accompanied by his potimarron ice.
