There are a lot of details to this story, but I will try to keep it brief. Over the past few years, I have had issues with two security guards at a restaurant for reasons that seem silly to me. On Halloween day, I entered the store with a friend and they needed to use the restroom. While waiting outside, I tried to be friendly and smile at one of the male security guards, but he completely ignored me and later called me a derogatory term. I always have my camera ready in case of trouble, as I tend to encounter issues whenever I go out. Went to pick up my click and collect order. Apparently I didn’t say my name in the correct manner so he started to pick an argument with me. He became rude, aggressive, abusive threatening. At this point I started to film as I feared for my safety he changed his tune BUT I still have the name calling the reason as to why on film. Refused to get management or give his name, other friends (staff members) of his came out to inflame the situation he threw my shopping in the middle of the road. Not the only occasion I have received such disgusting, nasty, disrespectful behaviour at Asda stores, had a very similar experience at Eastlands Asda. Can provide evidence on request.

I’ve always loved this store until I was accused of harassing Asda staff member. Without proof they banned me and security guard acted aggressive towards me and danced around mocking me as if he were ten. Was unable to get mine and my mums very important prescription of which we ran out. 2020. When I got harassed by a fellow customer the following year security guard did not help at all because he already had a vendetta against me. He actually blamed me and said it was my fault because I attract these types of people. Asda cafe staff are nicer then previous ones in 2020 My only complaint is that they have changed the thin fries to the fat chips which aren’t as nice

I went to Asda Eastlands again for a coffee and a sandwich, and unfortunately, the coffee area was still filled with flies, particularly around the spouts of the milk jugs. I have mentioned this issue to the staff several times, and although they said they would address it, it seems they have not done so. Additionally, the floor was littered with food scraps that appeared to have been there all day. Hopefully, a health inspector will visit soon to address these cleanliness concerns. I don't know what Asda has done to their pizzas, but they are now absolutely disgusting. We used to love them, but now the bases are tasteless and dry, and the toppings have been cut in half and taste awful. We even thought we might have COVID and that it was affecting our taste buds. Asda, you need to improve the quality of your pizzas. The rising cost of living should not be an excuse to compromise on quality and increase prices. You should strive to be better than that.

Some of the staff at ASDA Uttoxeter are rude and aggressive. They stand around the cigarette kiosk late at night and natter and laugh as customer walk by. The tills are often broken or faulty and despite continually complaining, the front door is often broken and does not open properly. This issue has been going on for nearly a year. The food is okay, but not cheap, and the labeling on some food is misleading. But really the staff being rude is the biggest problem.

My wife called into Max Spielman this afternoon around 2.20 pm to print some photographs and buy some frames. The young girl who was the sales attendant was rude and unhelpful and kept on saying “ read the instructions on the screen” when my wife asked for assistance. In the end, my wife left without making any purchase and will take the custom elsewhere. Such a shame as the previous attendant was attentive and helpful. Manners cost nothing.

Bought a real tree from asda on 3 December. It is dropping needles and will be bald by christmass. I asked for help to get in the car as I'm disabled but they said they didn't offer that service so I asked a homeless man for help and he immediately left all his stuff and helped me . They should employ him. I would suggest not buying a tree from their Reserve uma mesa agora

Went to collect my George order at 9.40pm. Was told it was closed even though it said 10pm on the website. She said the door person had gone home. I’m not going back, the order will be cancelled. Terrible service when I could have it delivered. Unable to phone manager they aren’t taking phone calls.

Really used to love the creat you own pizzas but over the last few months they've been getting more and more tight with the toppings and now they've gone up in price
