Ask Italian Castleford

It took us 90 minutes to get 2 courses The first course was truly awful and the chipswere black in places .Also it warm not hot had obviously been left standing after being cooked.We mentioned this to the waitress and she said she would tell the kitchen. The main course took 35 minutes to arrive after that and it was very poor.The waitress said that she would make an amendment to the bill and when we asked for it she said that we did not have to pay as she appreciated how awful it was and how disappointed we were.

The meal was pleasant and everyone in our group enjoyed it. Although OpenTable failed to send our reservation through, Ask Restaurant kindly accommodated us so we could still sit down and enjoy our meal. Otherwise, our evening could have been very different.

We made a reservation and we are glad we did because it was very crowded. We received great service from our waiter and felt well taken care of. This restaurant is one of our favorites and the food was delicious tonight.

We booked and glad we did as it was extremely busy. We were well looked around and the service of our waiter was excellent. This is our favorite chain restaurant and the food was delicious tonight.

The meal was nice enough, and we all enjoyed it. Open table never sent the booking, but happy Ask took us and we could sit and eat otherwise would have been very different evening for us
