We were shown to a table and then ignored so we decided to order online. We then waited some time for our starters. When the starters arrived I mentioned that we still had no drinks. We finished our starters and when the plates were cleared I again asked for our drinks. These did eventually arrive and were removed from the bill. During the long wait for our main course a member of staff asked if we wanted to order anything else not realising we were still waiting for our main. Whilst we were there a couple were sat at a table and given menus but walked out without ordering. Another group had to go and find a member of staff to take their order. Beautiful cosy restaurant in keeping with the Cotswolds area .. food amazing as always and great price for the quality of food and drinks.. is a very well run establishment and the staff are always attentive and very friendly.. all in all a great experience.. and a big shout out to Jacob.. he always greets you with a smile and genuine care and kindness.. and above and beyond in all that he does to make your visit the best .. a credit to the company.. thank you

The food was just okay when it eventually arrived. It was a bit pricey considering the quality and level of service. The staff seemed inexperienced and young. I would not recommend this restaurant for Italian cuisine or for a "nice" dining experience.

Amazing service. Beautiful food. Had one of the special seasonal cocktails with lemon gin. Was lovely could have had many many more!! The salted caramel sundae was the best gelato I’ve had since being in Rome!! Everything was amazing!

This restaurant is a delightful place to dine. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. The atmosphere is clean, neat, and inviting.
