Atlantic - Reservar uma mesa

Although this is not a 5 star hotel I have to give it 5 stars. The staff were absolutely amazing. All of them!!! From the moment we arrived until the day we departed they were always a pleasure and extremely helpful. Even before our arrival I wrote several times with questions and they always got back to me quickly with all the information. We upgraded our room which provided a decent size, including the bathroom. The room was very clean. The location worked well for us. Lots of cafes close by. The train station is a two minute walk. The hotel was under renovation still but even amongst all the construction, surprisingly the lobby still seemed to be clean. I suspect it will be completed soon...

Cozy and convenient in terms of location. I stayed on the 1st floor which I would say it is 2nd floor. There were minor, very subtle vibration every time subway passed under the building. But it didn’t bother me a lot. If you are sensitive you would have to consider it though. They request customers to leave keys whenever you leave hotel going out, which was sort of annoying but definitely helps when you lose your bag or pick pocketed. Staff are kind and friendly. There are cafes and restaurants right near the hotels so it’s pretty convenient. Takes 3 min to the station but it’s a bit hilly going to the hotel from the station. Overall it is a nice 3 star hotel.

I cannot say all the staff were friendly as there are different culture involved when you are visiting another country. But I still would like to give this hotel and all their staff a 5 star rating as they were all extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and able to communicate fluently in English. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The surrounding area is vibrant, safe and close to public transit station (Gare Saint-Lazare). Will definitely stay there for our next visit to Paris.

Initially, we booked the hotel for 4 nights but ended up extending our stay here. Everything was perfect, from the room cleanliness to the front desk receptionists who were always helpful and welcoming. Adding to that, the location of the hotel is a plus with all major museums and sites at convenient distances. You can either walk or take the metro or bus, which are quite nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for young couples.

Very centric location. Concierge team very attentive and always willing to help. Rooms are a bit small and noise travels. Awesome location to be anywhere in Paris within a few minutes. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience.
