I visited the Breton taste for lunch while spending a wonderful day by bike on the island of re. this charming little place serves delicious cakes and is held by friendly, nice and authentic people. There are more elaborate restaurants near the docks, but this coffee would be my choice for a tasty snack (salted or sweet cake, main dish and dessert, both delicious) at a very reasonable price, in a cozy and unpretentious setting. There are also pancakes, of course, but with my wheat intolerance, the cakes were a stagger. authentic and highly recommended!
our two visits to the Breton gutter are among the most beautiful memories of our family of the week we spent on the island of re in May 2016. The pancakes were the best we've ever had (try salty caramel!), the homemade ice is delicious and the owner is a wonderful and interesting person with whom we really enjoyed meeting and discussing. food and drinks were at a reasonable price and generous portions. If we come back to the island of re (I hope we are!), the gouter breton will be one of our first steps!
We ordered a caramel butter crêpe, a apricot crêpe and a chorizo and egg cake to the most pleasant woman. a strawberry crêpe was delivered instead of a crêpe in apricot and was immediately offered free to my daughter. the apricot crêpe then arrived as well. the pancakes and gillette were excellent and incredibly cheap. My only fault would be that the pancakes were not freshly prepared but we came from a package. The cake was freshly prepared. Wonderful place.
we are a family of five people and do not want a full meal before we go back to cycling to Loix, we were looking for a place to take a snack and a coffee. we had passed to the Breton ward twice as soon without paying much attention to it - there is no prominent façade on the street of the harbour. we entered and ordered crêpes (and Breton cider for adults). the food was delicious and the owners were very welcoming. It was a wonderful experience. Reserve uma mesa agora
Called for a family snack on the way back after a bike ride. I had read the reviews before and I was not disappointed. sitting on the edge of a quiet road right next to the marina with beautiful crêpes / galletes and Breton cider. The biggest problem is a place to park bicycles. incredible welcome, good value for money and good food / drink. It's worth a visit.
