We had the pleasure of discovering this restaurant last month with my spouse and we enjoyed it so much, that we decided to leave with good gifts to make discover to our surroundings this beautiful address. We were there tonight for the second time, and it is without fear that we chose a new dish on their card to test because we know that anyway we will not be disappointed! It really became our favorite address if you want to enjoy yourself and eat a good kitchen with good well-worked products. Nice house. A very pleasant and attentive service, quality products, and dishes to recommend: the mussels of Mont-Saint-Michel, melting! the bomlo salmon way gravelax, tasteful! the asparagus of Trimbach, remarkable! And the hazelnut of deer, tender, and cooked to perfection! Not to mention the chocolate melt and its fresh mint ice... A cuisine that sublimates the products of the terroir. Go away!

Small stopover in Lauterbourg on Thursday noon.. I'm looking for a restaurant and I'm falling on yours. A very good choice that we have made, a warm welcome we have had a very good time and we have also very well eaten! A very good quality price. If I come back here, I'll be back with my eyes closed! I recently discovered this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the setting and quality of the kitchen. The Rossini Tourdos was well prepared, with perfect cooking, and the dessert coconut marrow was delicious. The service was efficient and attentive staff. A satisfying culinary experience that I recommend closed eyes.
