Dans un des plus beau village de France un hôtel d’un bon standing, avec une deco soigné et sobre.Côté chambre, nous avons eu la chambre en façade, qui disons le est. Assez bruyante en journée avec le passage,mais repas de bruit en soirée.L’aménagement de la chambre est verte classique mais aménagé avec goût et sobriété.salle de bain indépendante avec baignoire.Côté petit déjeuné, de quoi rassasier une équipe de rugby.. un vaste choix de charcuterie et fromages locaux, une machine à œuf ( pour avoir son œuf parfaitement à son goût.. la première fois que je voyais cela ) Pains et viennoiseries tout chaud si vous arrivez au début du service ( 8h00 ) un choix de confitures et de miels toutes me...

We were joined with our Finnish friend for this lunch. Total menu would have been too much, so we chose 'short style '. I was very happy with my l 'assiette gourmande local sausage salad, pate pie, munster croutons etc. as also my wife and our friend with their chicken spätles. Good selection of wines and friendly service despite full house. We were lucky to be seated without reservation. Eguisheim seems to have lot of good restaurants (our previous place was still closed, open only on summer), but remember this on cold and rainy days.

We came here for dinner the first night while in Eguisheim. The food was excellent, service was faultless even if the restaurant was packed solid. The beautiful decor certainly added a nice touch to make the evening even better. Unpretentious gourmet food, loved it!

Modern style furniture in a romantic house very friendly personnell very good salad and an excellent fish dish plus a nice 'typical ' one at quite a reasonable price we really ejoyed it
