Auberge de la Klauss

This picturesque restaurant, farm, hotel, spa and wine cellar is located in a small valley just a few km from sierck le bain. They grow and produce many of the ingredients that they use in their kitchen including the duck and the fois gras. The restaurant has four dining rooms, each decoated with numerous antiques and articles from the local region. The service is excellent, the atmosphere romantic, and the food delicious. Prices are a bit high (about 30 euros for a main dish) but the portions are generous and the quality outstanding. The prix fixe menu costs 60 euros, but features six courses not counting the amusee bouche and the sorbet inter mezzo. We spent nearly four hours enjoying it....

We have dinner at the inn of the klauss as part of an offer discovered in the field of the klauss, and as much as to say that we were pleasantly surprised both by the frame and by the quality of the dishes offered. We have been so much regaled, and as much as specifying that the quantities are not left. traditional cuisine with quality products.

The hotel is just amazing, the terrace is perfect for enjoying a nice bottle late afternoon. The shop has the best foie gros, canard, pork loin and other products! Really top quality products raised right here. The restaurant is ok. Nothing to complain about. But the hotel and the shop are the best, well worth the trip

the strong points: the picturesque hill, the originality of the rooms infilade, the products of the houses, the quantity of each dish points to improve: the sounding of the rooms, prices a little expensive to my senses, even if the dishes are tasteful;-)

Many skulls, prices without any relation to the quality and content of the plates. Unfortunately, it is very far from the time when the coffee country passed the shrine of the frieze in quality!
