Auberge de Vers-chez-Perrin

Durch Zufall bin ich auf dieses Restaurant in der Nähe des Lac de Neuchatel gestossen. Das gemütlich eingerichtete Lokal hat 3 Gasträume, von denen einer für Veranstaltungen reserviert ist. Der schönste Raum ist der L´Occitane in dem ich gegessen habe. Die freundliche Frau des Patron spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch während beim restlichen Personal Französich-Kenntnisse gefragt sind. Ich entschied mich für das Überraschungsmenü für 93,- Franken. Es begann mit Gänsestopfleber an Salat. Danach gab es hervorragend frische und aromatische Pfifferlinge in einer Rosmarinsoße. Der Hauptgang bestand aus Tournedos vom Rinderfilet die sehr saftig und zart waren und mit Gemüse der Saison serviert wurden....

excellent restaurant. my man had bar-fish and I had the best entrecôte I ever had, soft and tasty. the portions are generous. we tasted a vully pinot noir and noticed a light cork taste and let the cook taste. in the next minute. he came with another bottle, another outstanding vully pinot noir. the service is very friendly. a great experience! excellent relationship between quality and price.

party of 12, we sat in a separate room with much more random art. the food was great. simple, delicious, well cooked well served. good wine selection. no excessive waiting. the place seems to provide both high food and a local cafe.

good food, excellent service, very nice wine selection (you can take the bottle with you if you don't finish it) just slightly discount: the part of the foie gras was very small

good restaurant if they have a place in the main hall, not in the bar, in front of the toilets and with the terrible noise of the kitchen.
