Auberge Du Bon Laboureur

Located in a typical French village in the middle of nowhere. Storefront is typically French auberge style. Inside it is rather small but clean and neat. The menu is relatively narrow but attractive. I had panned fried scallops. Really tasty. Then a nice piece of...beef. Good To conclude caramel profiterolles. Really Great!! Overall a great place to have lunch/dinner without impacting your wallet!

Great place for a friendly, cheap and traditional French lunch or dinner. Dining room is clear and clean, not very large. Menu is very French. Wine is mainly local (Loire Valley) and quite affordable. I had farmhouse pate as a starter. Traditional and tasty. Then...chicken fricassee. Good but a bit disappointing. To conclude a great caramel profiterolles.
