Hostel located in a former sheepfold in the pretty hamlet of Nivollier on the Causse Mejean near the horses of Prewalski. We ate an excellent scented sock lamb. The chef develops inventive cuisine based on fresh and local products. Welcome is beautiful. As the kitchen is made at home, there may be a little waiting, but at the end we love ourselves. Fast food enthusiasts abstain.

We must find this restaurant in the middle of the country, but we do not regret it. The welcome is warm. The table is as fine as local for a reasonable price and in a typical setting.
