a restaurant whose reputation is no longer to be made, despite all envy brings me to put this opinion, because excellence really deserves a small word! authentic and charming decoration. and I will say that it is the same for dishes, authenticity, the homemade fact that is guessed for those whose taste buds are expert, the charm of always carefully presented dishes. quality products, delicious cuisine. Halt salvatrice during the great Jura crossing. Lovely staff and guests, a superb and relaxing setting in the heart of the watch valley on the banks of the Doubs. Traditional cuisine of the delicious region with excellent quality products (living trout, farm ice creams, local meats ... The couple of very authentic and friendly managers discussed with us a little while closing the restaurant. A haven of peace whose prices are justified!

The restaurant’s cuisine began to close when I arrived hungry, however they welcomed me to eat. Very nice and very well eaten. the management had not checked for our confirmation to the happiness, there was a table that was reserved all the others! Thank you there was at least one table for us! must the administration routinely check for fork reservations? eating was good, but this experience makes us use the fork website to reserve a table.
