not afraid to take a small mountain road, macadamized in part, but dirt road near the finish. out of the forest you arrive on a small plateau, a clearer, where you have to share space with goats and geese. We even saw goats drinking wine in the glasses left unwittingly alone on the table! at the end of the meal the geese arrive at the window to claim some remains...Excellent meal, cooked by the boss and served with the smile by the lady's idea of her daughter. we took the hot goat on toast: a feast. then each one according to his tastes took a bite to the queen, divine fleischnaka (?) or Burgundian beef with spaetzles, all sprinkled with hunawihr riesling! true atmosphere, without any snobis...

no service on the terrace is agreed at the beginning it is pleasant in this place to be able to taste a plate while contemplating a magnificent view of the Vosges and a part of the plain of Alsace everything is in juice even the rusticity of the reception but it is good to be there by a day of sun after a beautiful hike on the ridges

After a walk on the Vosges crests, a detour to the schupferen's inn is necessary!For the warm welcome of Mary, for the christophe fleishsnakas or her iced cowrin and for the grandiose view on the valley! all is beautiful and good!

It.faut reserved so much the place is appreciated, a good time with friends, lunch with the products of the farm. I recommend with friends, with family.
