With the restaurant owner/chef having both a frog and a trout farm in the stream flowing under the restaurant, you could not get them any fresher. We ate there twice in 4 nights over Easter and the food, wine and service were ALL excellent

Went in for a light dinner and had an excellent trout with a blue cheese sauce and a plate of local meats. The service was very welcoming and we had a really nice time. Recommended.
