Auberge Le Couchetat

Went for a meal and recieved a very warm and efficient welcome. The food was excellent overall and was well presented and tasted fantastic, however one small complaint that spoilt the evening for me and whilst small and not a big deal, I felt the way it was handled left a great deal to be desired. The tart,(mirabelle), that my wife ordered was burnt to the point that the flavour of the mirabelle could not be tasted at all. On remarking to the lady in charge she dismissed the complaint by saying she would tell the Chef, No apology, not even a sorry. Our bill came to 155€ normally I would have left a 20€ tip, but on this occasion 50c seemed more than generous. All for the sake of an apology, a...

beautiful local, right under the lamafarm. we had tasty flaky cake. we had not reserved, yet we got a place offered by the nice service

in a very beautiful setting, we enjoyed the dishes of the very smiling waitress, a beautiful address on the heights of the braids
