Already visiting this auberge for a few years now. The cocktail of the house should not be missed as a starter. It 's something special with grand marnier and a marashino cherry . There are some menu 's to choose from, reasonably priced. They also serve raclette, fondue and hot plate/stone, which is always fun to do with kids. Wine card is good, nice variety versus price. In menus always the local cheeses are included which are served on a plate that goes from table to table. Deserts are copious and should not be missed (try the Vacherine for example or an Auvergnate which is served with the local Verveine-liquor). We stopped in this restaurant which was mentionned in the Michelin guide (as from now on we have decided to only go in restaurants around France with guides in hand because of so many disappointments) . Anyway, the food was ok, a bit too heavy for us but good nonetheless. Price good for the quality

We had a very good family meal served by an absolutely charming waiter who looked after us brilliantly and efficiently and always with a smile. The cuisine is traditional so is quite rich and hearty not for people on a diet!

We had lunch in August. the lawn (Lamb stuffed and brown cabbage) and the blueberry pie were excellent and served quickly. Kind service.
