how many reviewers we stumbled on this little gem by chance. we moved to lunch and a thunderstorm, which added a fun atmosphere. our meal was just delicious. the wild wild boar and chestnut polnta were worthy of the most differentiating corsican...Grandmère and my beignets were sublime, followed by cannelloni with the local Brocciu cheese (like ricotta.) the homemade desserts a chestnut fan and chestnut rtiramisu make dinner impossible in the evening. the server were simply beautiful and friendly. if they are traveling from corte to bonifacio, they should stop.

farm inn on the road between ghisoni and ghisonaccia small road passing over a Genoese bridge. very kind welcome. Typically Corsican menu. several possible choices including 16€. 22€. and 32€. dishes of very beautiful quality, simple but really Corsican look. Corsican meat absolutely delicious and very well cooked. prices very contained. total count €25/person. Digestive offered. a very nice stop where you better book. No phone network on site. possibility of bathing in the river next to it.

being in ghisoni, a must-see passage. There are menus at different prices. The plates are copied, the meat (I took lamb) and the fish (truite) are very good. a great dessert with chestnut, followed by a home tangerine liqueur, the top. cherry on the cake the children had space to play, there is a swing corner. the dream of all parents

fantastic lunch during a bike trip. I enjoyed the sampling menu, and it was amazing. the gentlest service, they also added a kesefrittella because I liked the first so much! I will always remember this stop with joy. the relaxing environment. thanks. sampolo!

we fell a little randomly on the u sampolu hostel. the Corsican menu is a feast and on the dish of the day boar and wild boar ribs in sauce. Myrte/châtaigne ice to stay in the local note. very soft price and service friendly and efficient.
