Very large new room. The bathroom is top. The bed was big and hard, slept like a marble. The staff was not necessarily on zack. They knew we could get third and that our daughter is 5 years old. Neither the discussed extra blanket, the pillow and the sofa bed were ready. That would be expected for me under good service. We first got a room that was already inhabited can happen.
