Aux Delices D'agadir

It was a fluke that we decided to stop for the night in La Roche-sur-Yon, and an even bigger one to stumble upon Aux Delices D 'Agadir while driving around this beautiful city. While the back-lit sign above the restaurant doesn 't project the true feeling of this Moroccan delight, it should be, without hesitation, a mandatory stop for a remarkable meal. The ambiance is reminiscent of Agadir (it 's namesake), Rabat, or Casablanca, with slightly more french styling. The menu is fairly simple with variations of couscous dishes and tagines, along with an array of salads and other dishes. An institution at La Roche sur Yon, we left this town several years ago and while passing through Vendée we made the detour to taste couscous and tagine, always a joy to have lunch with the delights of Agadir, all the dishes are perfect and very generous and the welcome as warm as ever. Thank you to the entire restaurant team. Dennis

First time we went there with my wife; we were with friends who knew the whole team well. We were very well received there and the food was excellent; for me lamb tagine hummm I want more and to finish a very good mint tea.

Lovely food. Chicken couscous and lamb tagine was enough for 3 for lunch. Very attentive and friendly staff. Will return.
