The Cashier first charged me $50.00 for a $15.00 meal which had to be Voided. Then when I asked to Order two extra patties on the side ? at $1.00 each as I have done numerous amount of times at A&W in Tigard (Patties for my Service Dog ??? the Cashier tried to charge regular full burgers ? ? I then asked for here to just take one patty of my double instead and put it in a box ? she persisted not to understand that concept and tried to bill me for a single burger which she had to Void. I went here on my birthday to receive a free root beer float. I asked the clerk behind the counter for it informed her it was my birthday had my ID in hand. She answered me in broken English that she didn 't understand what I wanted. I patiently explained to her what I wanted she continued to act confused. I asked for the manager she left to find him. When he came to the counter, miraculously, he seemed to know exactly what I wanted wished me a happy birthday ! He then began instructing her in how to ring up free item explained the birthday float policy-all in English, of which, all of a sudden she magically understood! So, that started out badly. I ordered two Bacon Cheeseburgers, but honestly, they weren't necessary. When I got my food, I was shaking and freezing, and it included onion rings and fries. Once I got home, I realized there was no salad, no tomatoes, and no bacon—just a plain cheeseburger. I was too tired to drive back and complain. The rest of the food was pretty average. I remember when their burgers had that genuine barbecue flavor, but that's no longer true. I don't think I'll be going back. I could find a better happy hour deal for a good cheeseburger elsewhere, and I've tried contacting the company but haven't received any response.

I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers without mustard, along with a shake, a freeze, onion rings, and fries. When I got home, I found that the burgers had no lettuce, no tomato, and no bacon—just plain, boring cheeseburgers. I was too tired to drive back and complain. The other items were pretty average. I remember when their burgers actually had that real grilled flavor, but that's no longer the case. I won’t be returning to this place. We had a wonderful experience during our visit. We arrived just before the peak hour, and the staff quickly prepared our food. The service was also very friendly. I noticed the fried cod advertised on the promotional banner, which looked really tempting, but I must have missed it on the menu since we had already finished our meal by then. We specifically chose this location because they serve KFC, which is exactly what we wanted. The restaurant was also very clean.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, but the service was quite slow. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our order, while other tables were served faster, so I'm not sure what the delay was. When our food did arrive, it was hot and delicious. However, they could use more help to keep the dining area clean. As we left, I was warmly thanked for coming in. I plan to give them another chance soon and will update this review afterwards.

There's nothing quite like a classic root beer float to bring out your inner child! And since it’s also a KFC, you can enjoy some tasty fried chicken while you're at it! Is it the healthiest choice? Probably not, but hey, neither is scrolling through Facebook. Still, you do it anyway!

Love the food here, good old-fashioned American junk food. I like the root beer, but I like it especially that they are combined with KFC. I like the fried chicken, especially the Nashville hot style. Of course you can never go wrong with a root beer float or fried cheese curds. Yus Reserve uma mesa agora

There's nothing quite like enjoying a classic root beer float to bring back feelings of childhood! Plus, it's a KFC, so you can indulge in some delicious fried chicken too! Is it healthy? Probably not, but it’s not like scrolling through Facebook is any better. But we do it anyway!

I had the chance to visit KFC/A&W, and I was impressed by their full menu, which includes ice cream and root beer floats! Don’t miss out on the cheese curds—they're just as tasty as Dairy Queen's, though a bit saltier. Still, they're absolutely delicious!
