I quickly ran into the restaurant to order some take-out because I needed to use the restroom. I was not aware that a code was needed to access the restroom at this location. This wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't urgently need to use the restroom and had to wait for the right moment to ask for the code, as the restaurant was quite busy at the time. Despite that inconvenience, we ordered two sausage Eggers and two medium coffees. The coffee was excellent - fresh and well stirred. However, the sandwiches were disappointing. They were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. The English muffins were tough and chewy, making them difficult to eat.

We Be careful with this location. They are scamming clients. We purchased a $30dollars meal, paid with $33 gift cards, they asked me for my credit card to pay the balance of $3.00, so I thought “maybe one of the gift cards was with less money”. Then they charged 19 dollars, no receipt of the transaction. When came back to complain, they told me “it is what it is, there is no paper for the receipts and the manager comes until next week”

I can't understand what kind of mangment this guys have, the service is always slow food is always late. On saturday night we had to wait for 40 min in a drive thru and there this one poor guy alone running this whole line up. The owner probably thinking he is cutting wages but in reality he is just cutting his customers. The only person deserve 5 is the guy that was working alone.

Usually this location gets my order right and don’t take too long unless they are busy. They are typically friendly as well.Vegetarian options: The Beyond Burger is delicious. It has the signature A&W seasoning. Tastes similar to beef. The best veggie burger I’ve ever had.Parking: Right beside the building and drive thru Reserve uma mesa agora

Dropped in for lunch.Food was good as expected, service was nice and friendly.Having a very clean restaurant provided a pleasant place for a quick bite.Typically, fast food restaurants are messy not well cleaned.4 star for a clean and organized place.

They claimed they did not get my and my partner order and made us wait 30 minutes just to be oh sorry turns out we got it, then make us wait another 5 to 10 minutes for our food. And mind you we did not even get that much.

The disappointment is real. I just got back home to enjoy my dinner, only to find that the onion rings were disappointing.
