A&W Restaurant - Reservar uma mesa

This A&W has disappoints me every time! Once or twice a year for the past 4 years I give this place a chance, hoping that maybe this place will improve and make a decent meal in a timely manner. Every time the food is subpar and takes too long. I’ve had cold food, stale/hard buns, overcooked dried out meat (Chicken and Beef), rubbery onion rings, burnt onion rings, over cooked fries... I’ve also been stuck, blocked in the drive-thru between the order speaker and the window with vehicles in front and behind me for over 20 minutes once!

After reading their website on how much they care about their meat sources perhaps I was expecting too much of a fast food restaurant. The burgers were cold and bad. The fries were old and stale. The only thing that saved the place was the root beer float. I used to love A and W but wow this was bad....

Ordered a meal for our family today, Theu forgot our small gravy and BLT chicken burger . So we went home and realized this amd went back and told them our burger and gravy isnt in the bag . The girl made me pay for the burger twice and had attitude . I am very angry . Paid 16$ for one burger.

once when i was younger i went there and i ordered chicken. i always cut up the pieces to let them cool down first. when i looked inside i saw under cooked chicken! other then that my experience is usually good there and pretty quick

Great burgers, chicken, breakfast items and service. Have eaten there many times over the past 3 years.
