The pleasure is first of all eyes, the dressage is superb. The taste is just as attractive. My choice has been made on an excellent foie gras, fragrant and creamy as you like, accompanied by delicious drops of banyuls, very well seen! then the tuna perfectly cooked with sesame japonizing accents. finally a real dessert feast in the tart...
