Awful experience! We placed our order 2.5 hours ago, and despite making 28 unsuccessful attempts to contact the restaurant, our food only just arrived. My husband, who has diabetes, had already injected insulin in anticipation of the meal, so he had to eat something beforehand to avoid feeling unwell. I informed the manager about our situation, but he only offered a 20% discount on the order for the inconvenience. I insisted it should be free, but he refused to budge on the price. I had family visiting and we enjoyed 4 different main dishes, 3 starters, and a vegetable side at Baburchi. Just like before, every dish was excellent. I appreciate that they use quality cuts of meat and don't drown everything in oil or ghee like some other places I've been to. The portions are very generous, perfect for leftovers the next day. Ordering online on their website is convenient for larger orders, and the 10% cash discount is a nice bonus. I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years, and recently visited on New Year's Eve to try their new wraps and loaded chips. Unfortunately, the wrap was greasy and flavorless, and the chips were not like tikka masala as expected, but more like sweet and sour. Even the butter chicken and onion bhaji were not up to their usual standard. I think I will wait a while before giving it another try.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and it was a pleasant experience. I have decided that this will be my new go-to spot. The food was excellent, just as they promised. Overall, it was perfect.
