Rude waitress. Treated my young daughter and her friends with disdain when my daughter made a mistake with her bill and said yes to getting change back even though change due was under a dollar. She is young and still learning how to do things on her own. I understand the waitress was busy and probably tired. However it was an honest mistake and she was bringing change back for the other girls. My daughter felt terrible when she realized. When the waitress brought the change back, she very rudely and in front of everyone at the table told my daughter the she guessed my daughter needed her 23 cents more than anyone else. I called. Not my first time here..but the quality of food seems to be declining. Canned green beans, borderline burnt sweet potato fries, dry, overcooked and greasy burgers. I realize restaurants are short-staffed, however, for the prices here, you would expect decent quality food. The manager (older woman) snapped at my Mother-in-law and was quite rude which is unacceptable. I have given this place multiple chances and have continually been disappointed.

I ordered the chicken fajita wrap with no onions and peppers with a side of mashed potatoes. Not only were the potatoes missing entirely, the wrap came with both onions and peppers. The chicken fajita wrap was also significantly smaller then the dine in portion. I was very disappointed as Backstreets is one of my favorite restaurant. Will not be ordering take out again.

The first time that I went to this restaurant, I fell in love with their White Bean Ham soup. But whenever I visit that area now, they never have it. My husband misses the meatloaf too. Anyway, everything else that I've ordered has been delicious, though. The salads are great. I love that they have outdoor dining!

My family ate lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated immediately which is unheard of on a Sunday. The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive. The food did not take to long to come out and the taste was decent. A place to stop if you are just looking for a bite to eat.
