Baijiu - Reservar uma mesa

I had wanted to check out Baijiu since it opened well worth the wait. The mood and the vibe of the entire place was on point, even with masks thrown into the mix.The service our group received from James in the private room was attentive and caring. Along side his killer servicw, the cocktails he mixed up were unbelievable we went out of his way to make us beverages to completly hit the spot for each person. The food was delicious (surprisingly quick) and different from any other restaurant. Something to be raved about between all of us I think we ordered the entire menu! We all had a wonderful evening out. Definitely going back!

Good ol Baiju. A cool, hip, modern cocktail bar with some good food and great bartenders and drinks. The place is a whole mood and I was here countless times in any weather condition and its always a ball. They were the place to be in summer because they were fast and invested in an outdoor terrace that became super popular among the masses. My favorite drink on her menu is Ha Long bae with an honourable mention of the Osaka old fashion. The food is quite decent to esp the brussels sprouts. Countless fun nights and the music here is groovy to baby!!!!! ps scream to the employees for cool AF!!!!!!!

This place is super trendy and has great food for a great price! The cocktails are a little pricey but no higher than what I’ve seen/had in many other local cocktail bars in Edmonton! It was my first time trying bao and my guest and I had the pork bao and I loved it even though I’m not a big pan of pork. The lettuce wraps were good and the dessert bao was also better than I anticipated. Overall cool place and I look forward to returning.

Trendy Fusion Restaurant on the street from the arena with a huge terrace. Great cocktails, all very tasty, and service was friendly and fast. If you were a fan of Gin, the Real N.O.R.I would recommend. There were also some pretty good articles on the menu, such as the Bao and the Teuflic soy eggs, but some of the other articles were on average like the fried chicken and the pineapple. Overall, would go back!

BEST COCKTAIL BAR DOWNTOWN EDMONTON! Limited seating. Intimate venue. Friendly service staff with loads of knowledge. Late night food menu is offered. The dumplings were amazing.
