Baiju is a fantastic spot—a stylish, modern cocktail bar that offers delicious food and exceptional drinks crafted by talented bartenders. This place has a vibrant atmosphere, and I've visited countless times in all kinds of weather, always having a great time. In the summer, it’s the place to be, thanks to its quick service and popular outdoor terrace that draws in crowds. My favorite drink on the menu is the Ha Long Bae, with the Osaka Old Fashioned coming in as a close second. The food is quite good too, especially the Brussels sprouts. I’ve had countless fun nights here, and the music is always groovy! Oh, and don’t forget to shout out to the staff—they’re incredibly cool!

I had wanted to check out Baijiu since it opened well worth the wait. The mood and the vibe of the entire place was on point, even with masks thrown into the mix.The service our group received from James in the private room was attentive and caring. Along side his killer servicw, the cocktails he mixed up were unbelievable we went out of his way to make us beverages to completly hit the spot for each person. The food was delicious (surprisingly quick) and different from any other restaurant. Something to be raved about between all of us I think we ordered the entire menu! We all had a wonderful evening out. Definitely going back!

The drinks, ambiance, and service were excellent. However, I was disappointed with the food. Fusion cuisine can be tricky, as it requires taking risks with traditional dishes. The dumplings could have benefited from additional broth to enhance their juiciness. I would have liked to see more attention to flavor, even though the presentation was spot on. If I could rate it a 4.9, I absolutely would. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Be sure to try the best Old Fashioned in Edmonton.

This restaurant is very stylish and offers delicious food at reasonable prices! The cocktails are somewhat expensive, but they're on par with what I've experienced at various local cocktail bars in Edmonton. It was my first time trying bao, and my guest and I ordered the pork bao, which I really enjoyed despite not being a huge fan of pork. The lettuce wraps were tasty, and the dessert bao exceeded my expectations. Overall, it's a fantastic place, and I can't wait to go back! Reserve uma mesa agora

Trendy Fusion Restaurant located just across from the arena features a spacious terrace. The cocktails are fantastic and the food is delicious, complemented by friendly and prompt service. If you're a gin enthusiast, I highly recommend trying the Real N.O.R.I. There are some standout items on the menu, like the Bao and the Teuflic soy eggs, while others, like the fried chicken and pineapple, are just average. Overall, I would definitely return!

I absolutely love Baijiu. I've been coming here for a few years and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the fantastic staff all make it a favorite weekend spot for me. They serve some of the best fried chicken in the city!

BEST COCKTAIL BAR DOWNTOWN EDMONTON! Limited seating. Intimate venue. Friendly service staff with loads of knowledge. Late night food menu is offered. The dumplings were amazing.
