Bairro Alto - Reservar uma mesa

I was able to see the preparation of the famous dish: “Tagliatelle with sage cream flambéed in a parmesan wheel”. The chef proceeds with dexterity by first flambéing olive oil, with this incandescence he then collects the sauce mixed with the pasta in a huge wheel of parmesan. Mixing with the pasta gives a particularly delicious impregnation. I didn't need to add any salt, which added to my pleasure. Being a vegetarian I sometimes have trouble finding hearty dishes, but this one fulfilled my desires. I recommend both for the taste and the spectacle, knowing that the service is commensurate with the delivery.

Superb restaurant with a smiling welcome! I had their restaurant's specialty: Da Roberto tagliatelle which is flambéed in a large wheel of parmesan and is killer! And to finish for dessert: an excellent tiramisu! . So in conclusion I think it's a good restaurant but a few points to review: -The service (a little slow sometimes but fast) -Prices which are a little high compared to those in the town center of Bourg-la-Reine. But overall a very good restaurant which still deserves 4 stars!

We had a great time with friends with very helpful and attentive staff. The value for money is excellent and the dishes are truly succulent and authentic. Ideal location and easy parking. I recommend.

I felt that the staff is nice but not so experienced. The food wasn't bad but the pasta was disappointing for a place that calls itself Italian.

Friendly welcome in this typically Italian restaurant. Very good risotto. I would happily go back to try other dishes on the menu.
