I was not impressed by the spa. Reception: We spent two nights in the hotel; on the first day I went to the reception of the spa, asking for information about the different massages. The reception seemed a little hectic, after waiting, the lady who...attended me, could not (or want) to give to much explanation about the different massages. (I already should have seen, that this place is no for me… As I did not get information (meaning…none), I decided to book a Quiromassage, as I have it regularly at home. Está en un entorno maravilloso y cuando regresas cansado de tus excursiones, tienen unos profesionales increíbles para los tratamientos en el Balneario, muy recomendables. Ah! y es verdad van grupos del IMSERSO, pero comen en otro comedor, y además a mi personalmente no me molestan, me gusta y me parece positivo que nuestros mayores puedan disfrutar de ello.
