Bang Bang Chicken - Reservar mesa

BIRKDALE STORE Going outside and eating dirt would be a much better meal than wasting money and eating from here. Spent $150 and took all of it back only to walk in to the store empty every table with rubbish from previous customers and 4 young staff members all male sitting in a booth on their phones. One asked me what I would like and I showed him the entire order and receipt and he said yeh we don't do refunds here you need to call uber and sort it out through them. Less than interested and I'm sure management would be disgusted in the state of the food they're sending out and the lack of customer service in person was foul. No idea how they still have a job. Don't waste money here

I’m really surprised to see so many negative reviews about this place because I’ve never had a bad experience during all my visits. The chicken burgers are absolutely delicious, to the point of inducing a food coma, and the chips—oh, those chips! Unlike other places that serve chips that are barely cooked and just warmed up, Bang Bang fries theirs until they’re golden brown and crispy. They season them perfectly with chicken salt. As a full-time student who occasionally craves comfort food, this restaurant makes me genuinely happy. Thank you, Bang Bang, for getting it right! You guys are the best!

Order was delivered missing 2 of the 4 items ordered. It is not possible to contact the store directly. UberEats refused to refund any money. The food that was delivered was stone cold upon delivery. Would recommend not buying food from this store as there is no accountability, not contact details, no quality control and mostly awful reviews.
