Take out orders were given priority over dine in customers. 45 min wait is too long for simple dishes. Pho is literally the easiest item to serve. The broth is made in advance and all you need to do is add noodles and beef. Shouldn't take 45 min for that dish. Would have given them 3 stars if the food was great. Only gave 2 stars because the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Otherwise would have given 1 for the extra long wait.*edit April 24, 2022. Thank you to the owner of the place for responding. While the food was very good, the service was terrible. There were just two of us and the restaurant was not overly busy. My friend’s food was served a full 15 minutes after mine. The only way to get the server’s attention was to go to the counter. We had to ask twice for about the food. We had to ask for water refills. She never followed up with us at all. Meanwhile she stood behind the counter looking at her phone. Very frustrating. Even though the food was good we won’t be back and we won’t recommend to others.

Food is great, but they need a new server. Waited 20 mins for our drinks. She had a look on her face like she hates her job. Stood at the counter doing noticing while 3 tables waited for drinks….

Really nice Thai place in Chatham. Their pricing is good. We ordered a shrimp pad thai and a Beef pad se ew. I would really recommend to give this place a chance visiting Chatham.

Lovely place with great food for a good price. The food was scrumptious and the serving size is large too. Recommend for people who really love Thai food.
