Bar restaurant le chateau fort

We only stopped here for a drink on our way back into France from Germany, but we absolutely loved it! The place was cozy and cute, the bar staff were extremely friendly and there was a proper community vibe about the place. Everyone knew everyone, but as Brits we were made to feel very welcome. We even met the town Mayor in this pub... and she was from Devon! The drinks themselves were also great, we tried the local Trois Frontieres IPA and that was beautiful! This was such a great little venue and should we pass through Sierck-Les-Bains again this will be our first stop for sure!!

Le service est trèèès lent!!!! Il faut compter 30 minutes entre chaque plat, sans rigoler. Et tout ca malgré leur 5 serveurs. Les assiettes méritent à peine 1 étoile, la seule chose de bien c'est le prix. Mais 2h00 pour entrée, plat, dessert c'est beaucoup trop. N'y allez que pour une bière!

Very popular place and the only one which seems open on a Saturday afternoon. The service was very French a waiter with a I could not care less . Coffee very poor but the hot chocolate is good. Expensive for what it is.

Accueil des plus sympathiques. Un petit menu des plus simples aux portions très généreuses et bonnes. Parfait pour une petite halte aux prix serrés.

Déjeuner à 8 un midi. L'accueil est très sympathique est simple (comme à la cantine ont dit les enfants...) mais rapide et économique...
