This was the best burrito I've ever tasted (gluten included)! The pita was incredibly soft and flexible, and all the fillings were delicious and full of flavor. I appreciated that everything gluten-free was clearly labeled. Although the wraps are pressed in the same panini press as the gluten items, they use parchment paper between the grill to prevent cross-contamination.
