I've been a regular at this location for years, and while there have been occasional mistakes, tonight's experience warrants a review. First and foremost, I expect my food to be hot when I pick it up on time, but that didn’t happen this evening. Additionally, I usually order the chicken tenders tossed in BBQ sauce, but today I received plain tenders with BBQ sauce on the side instead of the ranch I requested alongside the BBQ. Furthermore, I strongly advise against trying the oysters Rockefeller, as they were covered with a thick slice of unmelted mozzarella cheese. I tried this place to go in Sept 2021. I had high hopes for it, but alas, I was disappointed. I ordered the NY steak wrap- which as my picture shows had barely any meat in it. It was like they took a salad and wrapped it up inside a tortilla. It was not flavorful. We tried the cheese sticks. I don't remember much about these, except that I didn't think highly of them, especially not for over $8. He had the meatball sandwich. He was also underwhelmed. Overall, not a great experience. I will almost always try a place more than once, because sometimes places have an off night and who knows what COVID did to their quality. My girlfriend and I went to the Barracos in Crestwood today 3/21/24. As we were walking in girlfriend was immediately told very rudely that you are not allowed to bring in that Starbucks coffee and to go put it outside. Jen the manager couldn't have been any more ignorant. We explain to our waitress why my girlfriend didn't want to eat was because she was upset about the way she was treated about a coffee. We were put in a corner nobody could see us and on top of that there was nobody in the restaurant. The waitress stated that she was working there for that same reason we are complaining about. My fiancé and I tried the buffet and the food was good. We arrived at 11:45 AM, and there was a lot of food to choose from they have three different kinds of pizza. There are many appetizers, wings, salad, desserts, and different kinds of warm noodle dishes. I asked the waitress what a certain noodle dish was on the buffet and she said she would find out for me, but then she never returned and vanished for about 20 minutes. Then we had to flag down another waitress to get refills of water and straws then finally the original waitress came and gave us our bill . Terrible customer service. She didn't deserve the tip I gave her. I would return, just hopefully get a different waitress next time.

i'm 21 years old and i went just to order a pizza at 10:30 pm, not even drink, but they said after 10pm it's a bar so i can't order food even tho there kitchen is open until 1am. i know because i get food there almost every week. they demanded to see my id to get food and i showed them it. now the dispute is that the id i showed them is vertical and not horizontal even the the birthday on there shows over 21. i tried to explain a new id would not change my birthday but they yelled in my face and escorted me by the arm out.

I had stopped in to pick up dinner that my girlfriend had already paid for... the lady working the counter told me it was not paid for, so I double paid. When I got home and realized this, I called the crestwood Barracco's location to inform them of the mix up. The manager refused to refund my money on her mistake, and told me to contact the app that i ordered from. Not welcoming or friendly, and none of it made sense.

My wife introduced me to Barraco's, there's been several locations near many of the towns I frequent but haven't tried their food until the last 6 years or so. It's very tasty and I enjoy all of the food options I've had here. Our family has had numerous parties in the banquet room. The staff is super friendly and very attentive, very much worth the money if you're looking to have a gathering of 50-100 people. Reserve uma mesa agora

The lunch buffet here is excellent! They offer a variety of options, including pizza, fried chicken, homemade meatballs, baked pasta, Italian desserts, fresh salads, and much more. The selection of pizzas is great, all for just $12.99 (drinks not included). It's still a fantastic deal for an all-you-can-eat experience!

Crestwood location the new Orland location are just awful. I used to love love love Barracos, but recently, the food has taken a hit. I can get over their terrible customer service I've received over the last few encounters, but both locations have proven to me that Barracos has cut corners on food quality and care.
