Barry Bagels - Reservar uma mesa

The food was good and well made. My problem is how the staff was being utilized. There was 7 employees all focused on making food and giving orders out, but none at the register or to take orders I waited for 20mins to just get my order taken and they weren't busy, but a line was created because no one was taking orders. I also waited another 15min at the register when the gentleman behind me orders more food and paid before me. I was there on a Tuesday around 10-11am. The staff wasn't being utilized well at all I don't think staffing was the issue because it looked like they were fully staffed. I think the issue was delegating job tasks as I wasn't the only one that had to wait a long time....

Food has slowly been getting worse. The bacon is not crispy at all. The celery in the potato salad is very chewy and impossible to eat. I witnessed a veteran employee being rude to a young new employee for asking how long to cook something. Even the employees are being rude to each other. Responding to Barry Bagels: Shame on you Mark Greenblatt. That's a great way for you to respond to negative comments. I only came in to your store because I had a gift card. I've been done with your business for awhile. Like I said before it's been going down hill and I finally wanted to say something. I want to add The owner Mark Greenblatt is incredibly immature. Grow up.

Nice fresh turkey. Toasted Asiago bagel. Pickle. Was all very good. Would give a 5 but the prices were extremely expensive. Two bagel sandwiches, two small bags of chips and one drink....$23. Seemed very high for basically a cold cut meal.

Superb service, friendly staff, a perfect way to kick off the day. And don't even get me started on the everything bagel with lox, scallion cream cheese, onion, capers, and tomato.. absolutely delicious!

Bagles always fresh, and different cream cheese flavors. Yummy big cookies while they last. Love their potato macaroni salads. Staff is always friendly.
